Founder
Paulo founded Essiel in 1991. In addition to managing the entire team, he defines the company’s overall strategy and develops new services, ensuring Essiel’s value proposition is delivered from the very first contact.
Delfina Pimenta
General Coordination
Delfina looks after everyone and everything. Responsible for human resources management and procurement, she also leads the Quality Management department.
Cláudia Dantas
Operations Management
Cláudia knows the field like no one else. She supervises every service and is responsible for quoting and the technical training of the teams.
